COLE TRAIN

Pictures from Cole's 7-year old photo shoot.

He is my child that has to look good wherever he goes and already worries about it. For example. When I would drop him off at school in kindergarten, before he would even step foot out of the car, he would check his hair in the rearview mirror, spike it up, check to make sure there is nothing on his face and THEN he would get out of the car. Even now, he will not leave the house unless his hair is done and is in a mohawk. I LOVE this quirky personality of his. And it completely came through in these pictures.

One of my favorite things about this kiddo are the way his eyes disappear when he is laughing. They have done this ever since he was a baby and I am so glad that they have stayed that way!

Boys will be Boys.

I have had these posts sitting for awhile now and decided it would be a good idea to finally post some of them.

Boys are the best. I have never been able to predict the things that they will say or do:

While kissing on Crew's cheeks one day, I told him he tasted like chocolate. His response was, "I not chocolate. I yogurt."

(March 2011) Cole: "Hey mom? Know how they say hot dog in Spanish?"
me: "Nope. How?"
Cole: "weiner!!"

(April 2011) Jake decided to be the true angel that he is and brought me home some flowers he found on the way to school the other day. The only problem was that he drug a five foot tree branch covered with flowers through the front door. There was no where to put it.
