If any of you know me well, you know that October is my favorite month of the year and Halloween my favorite holiday. So, it may come to a shock to you that this year it was waaaay too drawn out. I was so tired of putting kids costumes on them and looking for all the pieces by Halloween day, I was more than ready for it to be over. Awful, I know. Fortunately, we got very good use out of our costumes and I don't have to feel guilty about buying them and having the kids only wear them one time! Our week of Halloween went something along the lines of this:
Wednesday: Ward Halloween Party

Thursday: Jake and Cole's school Halloween party
Crew's school Halloween party

Friday: Make-A-Wish Halloween party

Family Halloween party

Saturday: Ahhhh. A break!
Sunday: Another break.
Monday: Trick-or-treating!!!
Don't get me wrong, we had a fabulous time throughout the week, but by the end, I was just Halloween-ed out. Know what I mean?!
The boys really got into trick-or-treating this year and have pretty much made themselves sick on all the candy they have eaten. Jake made an awesome Harry Potter, Cole was one of the werewolves from Harry Potter and Crew was Hedwig the owl from Harry Potter. Jeff and I dressed up for our family party as a cheerleader and her sexy star basketball player.
