Cole and Crew went to school.

We got to be a little bit lazy and just lay around for awhile. (You can see where Jake's new port was place in these pictures. There was too much scarring where his previous port was, so they stuck it on the other side. Apparently, he can't feel the skin on top of where the port was placed. He let us in on this fact after he spent an hour pinching it as hard as he could to see what would happen. That is why it is scratched and red. Crazy kid.)

Jake got to play with his "best friend in the entire world because they have known each other since the day they were born."

We went and ate dinner with some of our closest friends.
Today we had some normalcy. We got to feel like we can breathe a tiny bit because there was nothing pressing that we had to do.
Tomorrow will be different.
Jake is having an echo done early in the morning.
Cole and Crew will be tested to see if they are a match to Jake's bone marrow.
Jake will start round one of the fight for his life.
It is a big day. But we are ready! So bring it on!
