This is where they hook the iv into the port. The port lies just underneath the skin and is about the size of six quarters stacked on top of each other. Now that it is out, you can see a bump sticking out of his skin because he is so skinny!

My boys have been including him in all of their prayers since we talked to them about their buddy Jake. It's really cute. I love that we can help the cause in our own little way from hundreds of miles away. Kingston drew a picture and Kai drew some scribbles and they want to send them to Jake in the mail. They're also excited for "shave your head for Jake day" so be sure to post when that will be. We're glad he's able to be home now. Take good care of yourselves and thanks for all the updates!
